Blender 2.6: Cycles render engine

Blender 2.6: Cycles render engine Video Clips. Duration : 8.63 Mins.

I take a look at Cycles, the engine superb new render engine which now comes with blender, you can download latest versions of blender off this site: graphicall.org I am using this 64bit windows build: graphicall.org It won't work for you if you have a 32bit operating system but there will be a 32bit version on the site for you. The showcase videos and pictures of cycles are very basic but still took a good 4 hours of work and rendering as I'm still getting used to cycles. My PC Specs AMD Phenom II X4 955 3.6GHz (OC) Be Quiet! Dark Rock CPU cooler 1GB EVGA GTX 460 SuperClocked 8GB Corsair DDR3 XMS3 Classic 1TB Samsung HD103SJ Spinpoint F3 MSI 870-C45 motherboard Antec TruePower 650W PSU Antec 300 case and some extra 120mm Akasa AK-174BK-S case fans For cycles the most important component is my GTX 460 as it uses this to perform the calculations. and The recording blender with fraps reduces the speed at which cycles renders by a little so it is even faster! its amazing.
