I take a look at Cycles, the engine superb new render engine which now comes with blender, you can download latest versions of blender off this site: graphicall.org I am using this 64bit windows build: graphicall.org It won't work for you if you have a 32bit operating system but there will be a 32bit version on the site for you. The showcase videos and pictures of cycles are very basic but still took a good 4 hours of work and rendering as I'm still getting used to cycles.
